Upon entering our modern, family friendly practice, you’ll be asked to fill out paperwork if you haven’t already done so online. Once you’re finished, we’ll take you back to begin your first appointment.

Your First Visit

You’ll begin by meeting with one of our Chiropractors and going over your health history as well as what’s brought you into the practice today. Together we will dive deep to uncover what’s going on in your body and develop a plan of care that’s custom to your needs.

Because the goals of each client are unique, we don’t subscribe to the thinking that “one type of care fits all”. If you’re in agreement with the plan, we can begin your care at this time. Should you have any questions, we encourage you to ask—we want you to be an active partner in your wellness.

Please plan on your first visit lasting roughly 45 minutes.

Ongoing Care

Ongoing care at Capacity Health is different for every client—we offer several types of adjustment techniques suited for clients of all ages and walks of life. Each chiropractor will typically begin each appointment by asking you how you’re feeling and making any changes to your treatment plan that will benefit you.
