Dr. Paul Patterson

Dr. Paul Patterson

Principal Chiropractor and Clinical Director

Dr Paul Patterson graduated from Macquarie University in Sydney in 2000. He knew from a young age that he wanted to be a Chiropractor as he has experienced the benefits of having Chiropractic as part of his life from the day he was born. As such he wanted to share this health experience and knowledge with others so they too could reach their health capacity and maintain it.

Dr Patterson early on his career was curious about how to get the best results for the individual in front of him. This curiosity led him to a wide range of post graduate study from sports Chiropractic diploma ICSSD, Active Release Technique(A.R.T), Applied Kinesiology, Diversified, Gonstead, Activator methods, cranial and pelvis balancing, Webster technique, paediatrics, NLP master practitioner and most recently a GAPS practitioner.

He loves the challenge of helping someone identify what could be at the cause of their concerns. The treatment and advice needs to be personalised to the individuals needs so the desired outcome can be achieved. Then the fun can really begin with a lifelong journey to maintain a healthy balance.

Dr. James Levien

Dr. James Levien

BSc(Chiro), BChiro

Dr James Levien is a graduate of Murdoch University in Perth, Western Australia, where he studied and received his double bachelor of Chiropractic Technique and Sports Science degrees.

As a country boy living in a remote WA township, without a general medical practitioner, his early experience of health provision was from a Perth-based chiropractor who visited his locality every month or so.  That chiropractor was Dr Paul Patterson who has mentored James since the age of nine, encouraged his studies, maintained contact while he was taking his degrees and provided the Chiropractic working environment that he is now thriving in.

While the Murdoch University chiropractic course is a pain and manipulation-based model, and this is of course a necessary aspect of his work, James looks for a balanced approach and has always felt that Chiropractic is more health and wellbeing related.  His holistic view is that Chiropractic belongs within an overall health related approach which, in addition to muscular skeletal adjustment, embraces the emotional and psychological state as well as diet, lifestyle and other related factors.

James is very much a product of Paul Patterson’s long term influence and example.  He advocates health coaching and maintaining fitness for his clients.  He welcomes the opportunity to contribute in a well-defined team structure which thrives on technical excellence, ongoing learning and continuous improvement through practical example.

James’s vision is to make a significant difference to the overall health and wellbeing of his clients and to continue to find ways to enable them to life to the fullest regardless of their age.
